Motorola Droid X10 Tablet Will Run Android 3.0 Honeycomb

The upcoming Motorola Droid X10 tablet will be released in early 2011, powered by Android 3.0 Honeycomb.
The Boy Genius Report says that the upcoming Motorola Droid X10 tablet should be expected in February 2011. Furthermore, it should be powered by Android 3.0 Honeycomb. BGR's source also confirms that it'll sport a 10-inch screen and front-facing camera. The tablet will be powered by either a 1GHz or 1.3GHz processor.
Verizon Wireless also plans to release a global Android device from both Samsung and HTC. Additionally, Samsung is working on a 7-inch Android tablet with front-facing camera.
