The new LG Vu Plus offers a QWERTY slider design and built-in FLO TV broadcasting. Check it out in our video inside.
The LG Vu Plus recently arrived in AT&T stores, sporting a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 3-inch WQVGA capacitive touchscreen and FLO TV broadcasting. In other words, it's as far from a mundane cell phone as one can get, and performs a slam dunk in AT&T's broad portfolio of Quick Messaging Phones. LG's Marc Andre LaBelle demonstrates the new LG Vu Plus in the video below:
LG Vu Plus Specifications
The LG Vu Plus comes pre-loaded with the AT&T Mobile Browser, a customized Opera Mini browser with server-side data compression. Other features include a 3-megapixel camera with autofocus and QVGA video recording, microSD memory slot and Stereo Bluetooth.
Threaded messaging and flick scrolling are also part of the LG Vu Plus package, as well as a multitasking key that lets users navigate up to 7 applications simultaneously. Lastly, AT&T Social Net provides access to social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter and MySpace) in an easy-to-use interface.
The LG Vu Plus is available now from AT&T Wireless. It costs $200 with a two-year contract, and a $50 mail-in rebate will be given when signing up for a qualifying plan.
