The latest mass-market Android smartphone has arrived, as the Dell Aero for AT&T is now available in stores.
The Dell Aero for AT&T is now available for $100 with a new two-year contract. Targeting mass-market smartphone users, the Dell Aero sports a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with nHD resolution and pinch-to-zoom functionality. The Aero's screen also offers a durable Gorilla glass surface.
Other features include a 5-megapixel camera with geo-tagging support, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, Android Browser with Flash Lite 4 as well as Microsoft ActiveSync for corporate e-mail. In addition to corporate e-mail, the Dell Aero gets Quickoffice and PDF view out-of-box. The Dell Aero is powered by a 624MHz Marvell processor.
The Dell Aero comes with a removable 2GB microSD card, and the smartphone's microSD slot supports up to 32GB cards. There's also a wired stereo headset and a 3.5mm to mini USB adapter in the sales package.
