AT&T Wireless keeps telling one of our readers that his iPhone reception issues are network related. Make your own judgment here.
Reader Roy B. has been an AT&T customer for six years, and is a tech savvy dude. He tells us that his first Apple product was a $10,000 LISA computer which he bought back in 1983, and he's still a huge fan of Apple products. However, now he's trapped in his worst tech nightmare ever, as he simply can't get his iPhone 3G to live up to its name where he lives. It doesn't even connect to EDGE. However, his wife's iPhone 3G does, despite the fact that AT&T Wireless' customer support claims it shouldn't. Check out Roy's video documentary on the issue below. If we were AT&T Wireless, we would have given Roy a new iPhone 3G a long time ago, so let's hope they stand up and make things right with their customer soon.
