You should definitely consider the upcoming BlackBerry Bold which will be available from AT&T Wireless this fall (likely sometime in September). The Facebook for BlackBerry application, the most popular BlackBerry application ever made, will provide you with everything you need to manage your Facebook account. The BlackBerry Bold should also offer great messaging capabilities and 3G networking.

There are also a few cool Facebook application for Windows Mobile: FriendMobilizer and Snap2Face. A few hot Windows Mobile phones will hit store shelves soon, which might be worth waiting for.
There's also an application called Boopsie, supporting Symbian, Java, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile and Palm OS. Most CDMA phones do not offer dedicated Facebook applications yet, but their mobile browsers should do a decent job accessing Facebook's mobile site.
