Following a rather dry winter, hot releases are bound to hit store shelves at an impressive rate this summer. Upcoming smartphones like the 3G iPhone, BlackBerry Bold and HTC Touch Diamond have already created tremendous buzz, and AT&T can barely keep the lips tight about imminent launches. And with Thunder on the horizon for Verizon Wireless, it seems like the summer should no longer be considered a dry period in the mobile industry, at least this year.
