Although Nokia often brings up their interest for the American market, they haven't exactly flooded it with AT&T HSDPA capable phones. However, in the recent months things have changed slightly. At the time of writing, the following cell phones by Nokia are either released or announced with support for AT&T's HSDPA network (look for HSDPA 850/1900 MHz when buying):
