LG's recently introduced 5-megapixel camera phone, the Viewty, is now available with 120fps VGA DivX video encoding.
LG today announced that the LG Viewty camera phone is the first mobile phone with DivX certification to natively record video in the DivX format. The LG Viewty sports a 5-megapixel camera with manual focus, image stabilizer and 120 fps VGA DivX video encoding.
The LG Viewty has undergone a rigorous testing program, to ensure the quality of the DivX media experience, according to LG. The phone also features a 3-inch screen, handwriting recognition for photo editing, document viewing and voice recording.
Currently available for sale in Europe, the LG Viewty will begin shipping immediately with DivX encoding capabilities. Our hands-on impressions of the LG Viewty can be found here.
