LG today announced that the LG Viewty camera phone is the first mobile phone with DivX certification to natively record video in the DivX format. The LG Viewty sports a 5-megapixel camera with manual focus, image stabilizer and 120 fps VGA DivX video encoding. The LG Viewty has undergone a rigorous testing program, to ensure the quality of the DivX media experience, according to LG. The phone also features a 3-inch screen, handwriting recognition for photo editing, document viewing and voice recording.
