Pocket-sized cameras (the thinnest at 0.65 inches) pack zoom lenses up to 5x and come in a variety of colors.

Olympus has announced four new additions to their budget FE line, the pocket-friendly FE-310, FE-320, FE-340 and FE-350. Highlighted by the FE-350, with its 4x optical zoom and 3-inch LCD screen, the new FE cameras continue in the tradition of the line, providing many of Olympus’ premium features at a lower price point.

FE-310 and the FE-340 feature a 5x optical zoom, and the FE-340 will ship in five colors: silver, red, blue, black and pink. The FE-320 is only 0.65-inches thick and features Perfect Fix, designed to automatically adjust and correct photos at the touch of a button. The FE-350 features the only 4x wide-angle lens of the bunch.

The FE-310 will retail for $150, the FE-320 at $180, FE-340 at $200 and the FE-350 at $250. All models will be available in January 2008.
