Samsung had a really cool 3D Plasma TV on display at CES, which will hit store shelves in a few months.

While really only appealing to those into 3D, Samsung's series 4 3D plasma certainly delivers what it promises. Video games look incredible in 3D, although our sample shots don't have the benefit of a 3D filter and don't do it justice. TriDef currently makes the glasses and the software for the unit we tested, but Samsung plans to introduce their own models upon the release of the product. We loved how the lens shifted when we looked away from the TV, so we didn't have to take the glasses off every time we wanted to look at someone. Release: April 2008. Price: $1500.
Pros: Excellent 3D rendering, auto-correcting lenses on glasses
