The drive maker releases a slew of new drives at higher capacities and new features.
Pushing it's consumer storage lineup into multiple-terabyte range, Western Digital's newest line of My Book external hard disk drives are now being offered in 2 TB capacities.
The My Book World Edition, Pro Edition II and Premium Edition now all feature 2TB models. All models enable the user to use a RAID 1 setting to reserve up to half capacity to mirror data in real time. The World Edition allows users to remotely access their data from anywhere in the world, even when their local machine is turned off.
The My Book Pro Edition II is available now for $799.
