An important thing to remember when buying a handset in general, is to ensure it comes with the latest software revision available. Especially so when it comes to smartphones such as the Samsung BlackJack, which can be upgraded from Windows Mobile 5 to Windows Mobile 6. Software upgrades also tend to be available for most multimedia and music phones, which ultimately could lead to a significantly improved user experience.
Also, make sure to read the full reviews of the handsets you find interesting, as a high overall score alone doesn't necessarily mean that a specific aspect you're looking for in a handset have performed well in our tests.
