Once in a while we see mobile phones that by far exceed the average rating - find out which ones here.
The average talk time of mobile phones we've tested is around 4 hours. Yet, once in a while we see phones that by far exceed the average rating. RIM's BlackBerry Curve and BlackBerry 8800 are the two phones that have impressed us the most, followed by Samsung's UpStage, which came with an extra battery pack while still maintaining a sleek form factor. We also found smartphones such as the HTC Mogul and Nokia N95 to offer very good battery life.
However, we have to stress the fact that battery life on a given model can vary, especially depending on how often the battery is charged. Each charge decreases the total battery capacity slightly, so the less battery charges you do the longer you'll maintain a good battery life for your phone.
