Motorola gave the RAZR V3i another fashion makeover (the manufacturer released a Dolce & Gabbana edition of the classic clamshell), by encasing it in a purple shell. Though releasing several color variants of cell phones is hardly a new trend, purple seems to be an emerging hue, and can be found on the Nokia 5300 XpressMusic, which is available from T-Mobile in lilac. Despite the fact that spring traditionally embraces pastels, Motorola selected a deeper shade of violet for the RAZR.
The RAZR V3i Purple includes the same features as the original, including world phone capabilities, thanks to its quad-band support, along with a 1.2-megapixel camera and Bluetooth.
The Motorola RAZR V3i Purple is only available online for $240 or $384 for the family pack of two. The clamshell will be unlocked and should work with any GSM carrier like T-Mobile or AT&T.
