Slim 8-megapixel cameras in various colors from Sony offers up advanced features aimed at style-conscious people.
The 8-megapixel DSC-T100 and DSC-T20 today made its debut in Sony's Cyber-shot T-series, sporting Carl Zeiss 5x and 3x optical zoom lenses as well as 3-inch and 2.5-inch LCD screens, respectively. The less than half-inch thick cameras will ship in a range of colors such as pink, red, green, gray, creme, brown and black.
Sony's new T-series cameras feature high-definition output for connection to HDTVs, and support three accessory options for high-definition photo viewing. The cameras offer a light sensitivity of up to ISO 3200, as well as noise reduction and the Bionz image processing engine.
Red-eye correction and dynamic range optimization are also incorporated. According to Sony, the T100 will shoot up to 380 photos at full charge, while the T20 is promised to shoot 340 photos. The T100 camera will ship in March for about $400, and the T20 will be available in April for about $330.
