This basic black headset is easy-to-use and pledges long talk times.

The Sony Ericsson HBH-PV702 Bluetooth headset isn't flashy or colorful, but the unassuming headset still manages to be appealing. The HBH-PV702 will be released in minimalist black and white and sports an earloop for added stability. The headsets buttons are clearly placed at its center for easy navigation and usabilty.

Those who walk around with a headset strapped to their ear will appreciate the HBH-PV702's ample battery life (or so Sony Ericsson claims), which clocks in at about eight hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby. Unfortunately, the headset won't be available until the middle of the year, so we'll have to wait to test the battery life personally.

Specifications

  • Supports hands-free and headset Bluetooth profiles
  • Measures: 2.4 by 0.7 inches
  • Weight: 0.5 ounces

    Price and availability

The Sony Ericsson HBH-PV702 Bluetooth headset is set for release toward the middle of 2007, but there's still no word yet on pricing.
