Motorola RAZR V3i Dolce & Gabbana

Dolce & Gabbana's flashy RAZR V3i made quite an impression upon its initial -- and very limited -- European release late last year, and now T-Mobile is bringing this luxurious gold-and-silver clamshell to the States. Besides the distinctive D&G styling, you'll find a few improvements over the older RAZR V3's in T-Mobile's lineup, including Bluetooth, a 1.2-megapixel camera, an integrated music player and memory expansion. The quad-band GSM/EDGE V3i also boasts voice commands, instant messaging (including AIM, MSN, and Yahoo) and voice memos.

Specifications

  • Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE
  • Bluetooth
  • 1.2-megapixel camera
  • microSD memory expansion
  • Integrated music player
  • Voice commands
  • Instant messaging (Yahoo, MSN and AIM)
  • Voice memos
  • Conference calling
  • Speakerphone
  • Measures 3.9 by 2.1 by 0.5 inches; weighs 3.3 ounces

    Price and availability

Available now on T-Mobile, the Motorola RAZR V3i Dolce & Gabbana retails for $400, or $200 with a two-year service agreement.

    Motorola RAZR V3t

The parade of RAZRs is starting to feel as relentless as the Energizer bunny, but somehow we're not completely tired of the model, and T-Mobile's RAZR V3t comes close to the top of the pack. We appreciated features like support for T-Mobile MyFaves and predictive typing, which makes messaging easier than on other RAZRs we've tested. However, the phone starts to feel a bit dated looking at all the smaller and smarter flip phones on the market, such as Samsung's SGH-T619 or Cingular's 3125.

    Specifications

  • Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE
  • Bluetooth
  • 1.2-megapixel camera
  • microSD memory expansion
  • Integrated music player
  • Voice commands
  • Instant messaging (Yahoo, MSN and AIM)
  • Voice memos
  • Conference calling
  • Speakerphone
  • Measures 3.9 by 2.1 by 0.5 inches; weighs 3.3 ounces

    Price and availability

Available now on T-Mobile, the Motorola RAZR V3t is priced at $250, or $150 with a two-year contract.
