Slated for release later this year, the quad-band L7e lacks 3G abilities but boasts a revamped interface, a 1.3-megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth and more.
The new SLVR L7e looks almost identical to its older GSM cousin, the L7, and while it lacks the 3G capabilities of the CDMA L7c, the L7e makes good in the imaging department with its 1.3-megapixel camera (versus the VGA snapper on the L7 and L7c). The quad-band, EDGE-enabled L7e also comes with an integrated music player (no iTunes this time around), microSD memory expansion (up to 2GB), and support for stereo Bluetooth headsets. The phone will also have a new user interface based on that of the recently released KRZR phones.

Sprint's rendition of the SLVR features EV-DO for streaming video and Bluetooth in a thin form. Does 3G networking keep it up to speed, or should you pass it by?
