The modest, budget clamshell doesn't have a camera, but it packs in a speakerphone, voice calling, and 1xRTT data capabilities into a compact shell.

LG VX3400The VX3400 clamshell may not exactly be a multimedia powerhouse, but it looks well-suited for those who just need a solid calling phone. The handset comes with 1xRTT data access for mobile Web surfing at 2.5G speeds, plus voice tags for up to 30 contacts, voice memos, a speakerphone, polyphonic ringtones, and a melody composer for the musically inclined.
