Measuring 3.4 by 1.9 by 0.9 inches and weighing in at about 3.3 ounces, the CG225 boasts quad-band (GSM 850/900/1800/1900) capabilities for globe-trotting travelers. Beyond that, this jet-black clamshell comes with a decent if not jaw-dropping feature set for an entry-level phone, including a VGA camera, a 65,000-color internal STN display and a monochrome external display, instant messaging (including AIM, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, and ICQ), and a speakerphone.
Available now from Cingular, the LG CG225 retails for $100, or $30 with a two-year service plan.
