Hitting stores this month, Casio's Exilim EX-Z1000 features 10 megapixels, a 2.8-inch LCD, a 3X optical zoom, 36 scene modes, and more.
The 10-megapixel EX-Z1000 packs a lot of power, yet measures 3.62 by 2.3 by 0.88 inches (about the size of a deck of playing cards) and weighs 4.9 ounces, so you’ll barely notice that it’s in your pocket.
In addition to its high resolution, this point-and-shoot camera comes with a 2.8-inch, 230,400-pixel display, a 3X optical and a 4X digital zoom, low-light sensitivity (up to ISO 3200), long battery life, VGA video recording capabilities, a voice recorder, and 36 Best Shot scene modes ranging from the standard Portrait and Sports to specialized settings for turning images into cartoons and photographing items to sell on eBay (it has its own mode).
The EX-Z1000 will be available this month and priced at $399.
