Replacing the 7100x in its line-up, mobile network operator O2 has started carrying the slightly-upgraded BlackBerry 7130g from RIM for its business customers. Fitted with a SureType thumbboard and a portrait-oriented high resolution display with an ambient light sensor for automatic brightness adjustment, the device incorporates quad-band GSM connectivity with EDGE for high speed data, as well as Bluetooth support for connecting headsets.

Price and availability

Its unfortunate lack of 3G aside, it does however offer excellent connectivity as well as favourable one-handed navigation. Read the full article »
