Boasting a narrow, squared-off candybar design – a departure from the wider, more angular look of other RIM handsets – the 7130c comes with a SureType, pseudo-QWERTY keypad and a 240 x 260-pixel, 65,000-color display. Under the hood you’ll find BlackBerry and EDGE support, a quad-band GSM radio for world-phone use, 64MB of flash memory and 16MB SDRAM. Also included is access to personal and corporate e-mail accounts, a speakerphone, and MP3 ringtones.

Set for release on June 12 and priced at $200 with a two-year service agreement, the 7130c will be available with a consumer-level data plan (including unlimited e-mail and Web browsing) for $30 a month, while enterprise service plans are $45 a month and up.
