Just over a half an inch thick, the EDGE-enabled D807 packs in Bluetooth and a 1.3-megapixel camera, while the D507 PTT phone takes VGA-quality snapshots.
Both phones are available now from Cingular, with the D807 priced at $180 and the D407 at $120 (both with two-year service plans).
Samsung SGH-D807
A close relative of T-Mobile's SGH-T809, the quad-band GSM/EDGE D807 slider made its initial appearance in January at CES. Measuring 3.9 by 2 by 0.6 inches and weighing 3.4 ounces, the sleek slider comes with Bluetooth, a 1.3-megapixel camera, a microSD expansion slot, an integrated MP3 player, a speakerphone, and support for MobiiTV videos.

Yet another addition to Cingular's push-to-talk lineup, the D407 walkie-talkie clamshell includes Bluetooth, a VGA camera, a speakerphone, and a suite of instant messaging apps.
