Introduced at CES 2006, the quad-band GSM handset boasts EDGE support, Bluetooth, a 1.3-megapixel camera, and more.

The SGH-T609 is available now from the T-Mobile for $200, or $150 with a new service contract.

Measuring 3.6 by 1.8 by 0.9 inches and weighing in at 2.9 ounces, the T609 features dual displays (including a 262,000-color internal display), an integrated e-mail, SyncML DS and DM support for over-the-air syncing, Bluetooth, voice commands and memos, 32MB of internal memory and a microSD expansion slot. The 1.3-megapixel camera includes video recording and playback, while the phone’s instant messaging client supports AOL, Yahoo IM and ICQ.
