Sony Ericsson today announced two new mobile phones to operate exclusively on T-Mobile's European network; the D750i and the K508i.
Only a week after announcing a slew of new phones, Sony Ericsson today announced two new mobile phones to operate exclusively on T-Mobile's European network, the D750i and the K508i Twilight Black.
Measuring 100 x 46 x 20.5 mm, the D750i sports a 176 x 220 pixels 18-bit colour display, a 2 megapixel camera, MP3 player, FM radio and a foreign language translation programme. The D750i comes equipped with technical features common in stand-alone digital cameras such as Autofocus, 4x digital zoom, preflash with red eye reduction, an digital still camera user interface and accessories such as a camera flash.
The D750i can store images or music either on its 38 MB internal memory or on the 64MB Memory Stick Duo included in the box. The D750i also offers Mobile Jukebox through T-Mobile’s t-zones. Sony Ericsson claims a standby time of up to 16 days and a talk time of up to 9 hours for the D750i.

The tri-band K508i Twilight Black offers 3D games, wallpapers and animated MMS templates that can all be displayed on the 128 x 160 pixels 16-bit colour TFT display. The K508i also features an integrated MP3 player, VGA camera with 4x digital zoom and an internal memory of 12 MB. In regards to connectivity the K508i has an infrared port as well as USB support.
The K508i is already shipping in some markets and will continue to roll-out during Q2, while the D750i will start shipping during Q2.
