Zi Corp.'s eZiText text input system has been licensed by Nokia to built into Symbian OS Series 60 smartphones, including those by other licensees. Licensees will also have to obtain their own license from Zi in order to use it, however. eZiText is a predictive text system including word and phrase completion and the ability to pull words from most applications on the device in addition to a built-in user-customizable dictionary. The program also includes a developer API to allow licensees to customize the system and better integrate it into different interface designs.
