Sharp's first US megapixel phone is also the first of the kind from T-Mobile, adding an SD slot for good measure. Plus all the usual high-end phone goodies.

Sharp and T-Mobile have announced a new megapixel-camera-sporting phone, the TM-150, exclusive to T-Mobile in the United States and both companies' first foray into the American megapixel camera world.
The TM-150 is a flip phone design, measuring 94.0 x 49.0 x 24.1 mm and weighing 100 grams. It's internal display is a 262-thousand color TFT measuring 2.2" diagonally, and it also includes an external display for picture caller ID or time readout. It also sports a forward-facing 1 megapixel CCD camera, which has been growing in popularity with manufacturers of late as VGA camera phones slowly become commoditized.
The phone runs tri-band 900/1800/1900 MHz GSM/GPRS, including a class 10 GPRS radio. As with most phones in this range, it supports WAP 2.0, Java for gaming, polyphonic ring tones, SMS and MMS for messaging, and comes with a small PIM suite. It also includes a USB interface for connecting to a PC or laptop. Unusually for a phone, however, it also incldes a Secure Digital card slot for SD and MMC memory cards, presumably to store additional pictures taken with the megapixel camera.
The Sharp TM-150 is available exclusively through T-Mobile in the US for $349.99 USD with service agreement.
