Motorola MPx200, and communicators such as the palmOne Treo 600.

The new annual rate plans will vary in pricing depending on device and service level (voice, data, or both), with volume pricing available. For example, unlimited domestic Blackberry data service for federal government accounts will start at $599 USD per year per user. That works out to roughly $50 USD per month, which is more cost effective than most monthly flat-rate data plans. AT&T Wireless has not stated any intention to offer similar yearly plans to corporate accounts, only to government accounts at this point.">

Flat yearly rate from AT&T Wireless... for FedsBy Larry Garfield, Monday 9 August 2004
AT&T Wireless has introduced a new class of service agreement that provides unlimited voice and data service for an entire calendar year. However, it is only available to government agencies. Many federal agencies and Congressional offices now rely heavily on mobile communication devices, and the new service options are intended to appeal to government bookkeepers who prefer to map out their financial commitments for an entire year at once. Supported are most data-centric devices, including the RIM Blackberry (very popular with Congressional offices), EDGE-enabled handsets and wireless modem cards, the Motorola MPx200, and communicators such as the palmOne Treo 600.

For example, unlimited domestic Blackberry data service for federal government accounts will start at $599 USD per year per user.
