Windows Mobile smartphone has tri-band GSM/GPRS, 1 MP digital camera, JAVA, miniSD, dual screens and 32 MB RAM.
Samsung are showing a new device at CeBIT, this time a Windows Mobile Smartphone 2003, showcasing impressive specifications.
The SGH-i250 boasts tri-band GSM 900/1800/1900 MHz with GPRS, and hosts a 1 megapixel rotating digital camera, complete with flash.
Expansion comes through a miniSD slot, IR and Bluetooth, while as well as Smartphone applications, users can install JAVA MIDP 2.0 games into the 32 MB of RAM. The SGH-i250 is also equipped with 64 MB of ROM, although it is unclear how much of this is available for user storage.
Other features of the handset include a WAP 2.0 browser, voice recognition and dual screens, both of which are 16-bit TFT LCDs, with the internal one running at the Smartphone standard of 176 x 220.
European availability is estimated for the second half of 2004.
