Jørgen Sundgot dials home from the beach in Cannes using Motorola A920's slightly-more capable - and slightly prettier - twin. And yes, it's just an A920 in disguise.
Whatever doubts may have remained when the existence of the A925 first became known, they have now been eliminated: the A925 is little more than an A920 in disguise. It offers the same feature set, the almost exact same physical design - with the exception of a slight visual makeover that relates only to the most exterior elements of the device - and is even a Three exclusive at the time of launch.

All is not lost, however, as there are two major differences between these twins - or one, depending on ones point of view: the screen of the A925 has been vastly improved over that of the A920, and future owners will also have Bluetooth at their disposal. Amusingly, Bluetooth support is also present in the Motorola A920, but is not available to owners; rumours of an upgrade have been circulating for some time, but so far Motorola has not confirmed whether this will be brought to market.
These small differences aside, however, the A925 is a spitting image of the A920, with even button placements having been moved only a few millimetres to accomodate the slightly altered look. It's still too early to say, of course, but it appears owners of the A920 will have little reason to upgrade to the A925 - and particularly so should Motorola decide to offer a Bluetooth upgrade for the A920.
