A spokesperson for Hewlett-Packard today confirmed that the company's first handheld with an integrated thumbboard, the recently announced iPAQ h4350 series, will not be made available to customers in the EMEA region, citing the product not having been developed with this market in mind. Previously, the manufacturer has also opted to refrain from adding the iPAQ h5100 series to the portfolio of iPAQs sold in EMEA markets, although for which reason is uncertain.
