Launching the FreeSpeak 250, Jabra improves on its highly acclaimed BT200 model by increasing talk and standby times.
Jabra yesterday announced that the company has launched a successor to its wildly successful Jabra BT200 model - also known as the Jabra FreeSpeak - named the FreeSpeak 250. The new model, constructed over the same template as its predecessor and utilizing the same plastic elastomer material, offers significant advances in battery life with increases in both standby and talk times.

Weighing in at 23 grams, the Jabra FreeSpeak 250 offers up to 8 hours of talk time and up to 240 hours - or 10 days - of standby time, which is over one and half the times offered by its predecessor. Also, the new model supports both the Bluetooth Headset and Handsfree profiles, theoretically offering compatability with any handset on the market featuring headset connectivity.
It also features Jabra's patented, noice canceling MiniGel ear plug, in combination with a noice canceling microphone and voice activated dialing.
