iBIZ have announced a version of their Pocket Radio product in an SD-card compatible format. A Compact Flash radio has been available for some time, but this marks the first such device for handhelds with SD slots.

The radio is compatible with recent Palm OS handhelds, including the Tungsten range. It works in the FM band and offers scanning, memory presents, mute and volume adjust. The unit comes with stereo headphones.

The SD Pocket Radio will retail in the region of $50 USD, while availability is immediate. No information was available regarding a Pocket PC version. ">
