A new real-time strategy game currently under development for both Palm OS and Pocket PC devices looks as if though it could turn up the heat on the scene.
From established software house Handmark comes a sneak peek at the company's new, upcoming real-time strategy title dubbed Warfare. Although details are scarce, screenshots posted on the company's web site indicate a Command & Conquer-style twist to its graphics, with combatants sporting advanced technology and a multitude of weapons to attack and defend themselves against enemies.

To support a range of Palm OS resolutions, the title will offer compatability with everything from 160 x 160 pixel monochrome resolution through Palm OS native 320 x 320 and up to Sony's proprietary 320 x 480 resolution. Meanwhile, the Pocket PC version - as could be expected - supports only one resolution, but two modes: portrait and landscape.
