Evove's XPhone VoIP software for Pocket PC is to be launched in mid-April, offering full SIP compliancy, Pocket PC-to-Phone, Pocket PC-to-Pocket PC, Pocket PC-to-PC and more.
As Voice over IP (VoIP) is increasingly gaining traction thanks to the uptake of WLAN on a worldwide basis - and particularly so in the U.S., new VoIP clients for the Pocket PC platform are appearing on a regular basis. The latest addition comes from Canada-based Evove, which has a client currently undergoing beta, slated for a release in mid-april.
