Powered by ElekTex conductive fabric technology, ElekSen's flexible keyboard for the Orange SPV is now shipping in France, Denmark, Switzerland and - of course - the UK.
UK-based ElekSen has announced that its first product based on its new ElekTex technology is now available and shipping in European countries where the Orange SPV is selling. Based on ElekTex conducting fabric developed by the company itself, ElekSen says its keyboard for the SPV can be crumpled and folded repetitively without it affecting performance.

For SPV users presented with limited multi-tap or predictive text input courtesy of the SPV's phone-style keypad, the flexible keyboard should represent a major advance. Although users will be unable to reach full typing speeds due to the special nature of the keyboard, similar solutions for other mobile devices have enabled significant speed increases compared with keypad or virtual keyboard entry.
