Bringing yet one more classic to the Series 60 platform in J2ME format, Gameloft has now launched Prince of Persia: Harem Adventures for the Nokia 7650 and 3650 models.
Keeping in style with previous launches, Gameloft has now quitely slipped out yet another classic in J2ME format. Prince of Persia: Harem Adventures is now out in versions both for Series 60 J2ME-enabled smartphones, such as the Nokia 7650 and 3650, and Motorola's T720i. The story plot is as follows: the Sultan’s wives have been kidnapped by the Vizier in order to carry out experiments on abstinence, and it is the task of the player to retrieve them for the Sultan.
The game consists of 7 original levels, each through which the player must free one of the sultan's wives. According to Gameloft, the first levels are kept short and simple, while later levels are extensive, featuring an array of deadly traps and challenging puzzles to solve. Playes will have to run and jump above huge pits, use their sword against guards, rush through dangerous booby-trapped doors, find levers that release doors which block their way and jump over poisoned stakes.
As with the original Prince of Persia, players can also pick up life potions, scattered throughout levels, to recover life points. Some of them, however, may be poisoned - so players must beware. Player performance is saved for each level, in order for users to replay levels and improve their scores.
