If WP7 and PMX phones don't suit you, what about a futuristic Microsoft Courier device? It could arrive in late 2010.
Engadget has a really nice scoop on the upcoming Microsoft Courier, a "digital journal" powered by a Tegra 2 chipset. It looks like Microsoft fans will get plenty of gadgets to play with in the next year, as Engadget thinks the Courier could launch in the second half of 2010. Add the upcoming WP7 and PMX phones to the picture, and it could mean we'll get to see three different types of next-generation concepts coming out of the Redmond camp in one year.
According to Engadget, the Microsoft Courier will offer built-in handwriting recognition, an integrated camera and a headphone jack for media playback. The Courier will also serve as an eBook device. The eBook is ancient news in the Microsoft world, but coupled with a fancy device like the Courier, it would most certainly make it easier to attract the crowds.
