Palm Pre owners are eagerly awaiting the WebOS 1.4 upgrade, and Sprint has now revealed that an Adobe Flash 10.1 plug-in will soon be available too.

Palm Pre owners on Sprint should get WebOS 1.4 with support for an Adobe Flash 10.1 plug-in soon, according to Boy Genius Report. A community alert from Sprint reveals that once Palm Pre users have received the WebOS 1.4 upgrade, they'll shortly after be able to download an Adobe Flash 10.1 plug-in from the Palm App Catalogue.

The WebOS 1.4 upgrade will also provide a range of other improvements, including video capture capability, phonebook transfer, messaging enhancements, email enhancements and improved phone performance. The upgrade also brings a range of small fixes to WebOS.

Sprint's community alert, which also stated that WebOS 1.4 will be available today, has been pulled though. According to PreCentral, the update should be available for both Sprint and Verizon Wireless customers soon though.
