TwitterPeek, a dedicated messaging device for Twitter targeting people without smartphones, is now available from Peek and Amazon.

Peek, the maker of the Peek e-mail and texting device, debuts the world's first Twitter mobile device today exclusively on Amazon.com. The TwitterPeek device promises to make it easy and affordable for everyone who doesn't have a smartphone to enjoy Twitter on-the-go.

Key features of TwitterPeek are unlimited tweets and direct messages, always-on instant tweet delivery, full QWERTY keyboard, color screen and a click scroll wheel. The device also supports Twitpic images, while links are shown as plain text.

The TwitterPeek is available immediately on Amazon.com. It costs $200 with unlimited Twitter service for lifetime of device, or users can pay $100 up front including 6 months of unlimited Twitter service and pay $8 per month for service thereafter.
